Day 1

Arrival to Bishkek

Upon arrival you will be met by our driver and guide. Transfer to the hotel and rest. After the rest sightseeing tour: we discover the city center, Ala Too Square, White House, Oak Park, statues of Manas, Kurmandjan Datka, Lenin and est, Art Gallery under the open sky, Victory square, Opera and Ballet Theatre, Osh Bazar (oriental market). Lunch and welcome dinner in a local restaurants, where you will taste local cuisine. Overnight in a hotel.

Day 2

Bishkek – Son Kul ( 321 km)

After breakfast transfer to Son Kul Lake, second largest lake after Issyk Kul. It is located at an altitude of 3016 m. The lake is surrounded by a wide meadow (jailoo) and Tien Shan Mountains. Since ancient times, nomadic tribes living here used this land for summer pasture. Until now, shepherds use them to graze their livestock. Upon arrival to the yurt camp, lunch accommodation and rest. Before dinner a few options we can go for a walk to the petroglyphs, visit a family of a local shepherd and of course you have a chance to take a stunning photo of the sunset on Son Kul. Dinner in a yurt camp.

Day 3

Son Kul

After breakfast we go on horseback to the most picturesque Moldo Ashu pass. On the way we will enjoy the beauty of the lake and endless pastures. A great opportunity to spent a few hours on horseback and feel like a real nomad. Lunch in a yurt camp. After some rest, demonstration of the installation of a yurt (traditional house of the Kyrgyz, one of the most comfortable, mobile and fastest-to-assemble types of housing). After show free time dinner in a yurt camp.

Day 4

Son Kul – Tash Rabat (252 km)

Tash Rabat ancient caravan-sarai is waiting for us today. Upon arrival accommodation in a yurt camp. Then we visit ancient caravan sarai Tash Rabat. It was built in the 12th century and was used until the end of the 14th century, located at an altitude 3200 meters. After visiting, a walk along the beautiful valley of Kara Kuyun. Accommodation and dinner in a yurt camp.

Day 5

Tash Rabat – Tosor (317 km)

On the way to Tosor, we watch, near to Bokonbaevo, eagle hunting show and you may ask your questions to a berkuchu (hunter) about keeping and training birds. Lunch in Bokonbaevo in a local family. And today finally you will see the biggest lake in the country Issyk Kul (which means warm lake). Accommodation and dinner in a yurt camp.

Day 6

Tosor – Grigorievka (via Karakol) (199 km)

After breakfast transfer to Grigorievka. For the lunch we will stop in Karakol city, but before lunch we visit Russian Orthodox Church (end of 19th century) and Dungan Mosque (beginning of the 20th century). After lunch continue our way to Grigorievka, to this gorge we will get through the Semenov gorge (Kyrchin). Let's leave our transport and take a little walk. After returning to our car we will go to Grigorievka. Dinner and overnight in a yurt camp.

Day 7

Grigorievka – Bishkek (297 km)

Today we go back to Bishkek. Today on the way to Bishkek we visit the ancient city Balasagun, one of the capitals of the Karakhanid’s state. After the excursion, lunch in a local family in the neighboring village Don Aryk. Upon arrival to the city accommodation in a hotel. Free time. Farewell dinner in a local restaurant. End of the service.
