Walking in the city.
After breakfast way to Toktogul through Bishkek-Osh highway the most popular road among local people reaching the south part of Kyrgyzstan. The road is picturesque – it goes first along the river Kara-Balta with the rise of the pass Too-Ashu 3,200 meters, then descended to Suusamyr valley, located at an altitude of about 2000 meters.
Driving to Osh the south capital of Kyrgyzstan. It is the oldest city in the country (estimated to be more than 3000 years old). Osh is the second largest city in Kyrgyzstan, located in the Fergana Valley in the south of the country. Depend the time brief city tour. Accomodation in hotel.
After breakfast drive to the border Tajikistan. Way to Murghab. Murghab is a high-mountain village in the eastern part of Tajikistan located at an elevation of 3600 m above sea level. Guests of Murghab may experience mountain disease due to the lack of oxygen.
It closes the Tajik part of the Wakhan valley large exotic village Langar. Langar – highest mountain village in South Pamir in Wakhan valley, situated at an altitude of 3000 meters above sea level. There is always cool and windy. Overnight in home stay.
After breakfast driving to Khorog. The capital of the Gorno-Badakhshan. Due to its position in the deep canyon, the town is protected from strong winds and sharp temperature drops in winter times, and summer in Khorog is relatively warm and dry.
Early morning breakfast then drive to Khalaihumb. This region is more religious (Islamic) and it can be seen in conservative dresses and beards. People here are Pamirs, not Tajiks, a number of separate tribal groups with their own languages. Overnight in guesthouse.
Driving to one of the most attractive cities in Central Asia, Dushanbe sits against a backdrop of mountains and is dotted with candy-colored neoclassical buildings and tree-lined avenues.
Driving to Samarkand the legendary capital of the empire of Tamerlane. Thera are many historical places such as Registan Square and three madrassahs (religious study centers) surrounding the square: Ulughbek Madrassah (XV c), Sher-Dor Madrassah (XVII c), and Tillya-Kari Madrassah (XVII c) – covered with gold.
Samarkand popular with historical places such as Gur Emir Mausoleum – tomb of Tamerlane, Shakhi Zinda Necropolis – ensemble including mausoleums and other ritual buildings of IX-XIV and XIX CC, Ulughbek Observatory, Bibi Khanym Mosque – built by Amir Timur (Tamerlane) in XV century and Siyab Bazaar.
Driving to Tashkent the capital of Uzbekistan. Here you can visit Abdul Kasim Madrassah, Khast Imam Complex – a religious center of the city consisting of the Barakkhan Madrasah and est. Explore traditional Chor-Su Bazaar. Visit modern part of Tashkent: Amir Timur Square, Applied Art Museum, Earthquake Memorial, Independence Square.
Driving to Taraz the one of the oldest cities in Kazakhstan, known already in the VI century. In ancient, this city was the part of Silk Road. The city located on the Talas (Taraz) River in the south of the country near the border with Kyrgyzstan.
